When you access a gallery, we collect the email address you provide at entry. When you purchase a license, our payment processor collects your billing information and we receive a record of the transaction. When you contact us, we keep what you send. We also collect basic website analytics such as pages visited and general location.

Photographs of people
We photograph events, venues, and the people who attend them. Images may include recognizable individuals. If you appear in one of our images and want it removed from public display, email us and we will remove it from our website and social media. Images already licensed to a client are outside our control, and we will tell you who to contact.

How we use your information
We use your information to give you gallery access, deliver purchased files, communicate about your order, respond to your questions, and understand how our site is used.

Who we share it with
We share information only with the providers that make our work run: our gallery and image hosting platform, our payment processor, and service providers that support email, website hosting, and analytics. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Our services are directed to adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Children may appear in event photography, and images are captured with the permission of the event host or venue. A parent or guardian who wants an image of their child removed can email us and we will remove it from our own channels.

How long we keep it
We keep gallery access records and transaction records as long as needed for the client relationship and to meet legal and tax requirements. Galleries and their associated contact lists may be archived after a reasonable period.

Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Contact us and we will respond.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we work to address risks as they arise.
